Giant Album

I am FINALLY done! For about a week and half or so, I've been working on a wedding album. It's a 60 page, 15x12 inch album. It is all digital. I would post pics but I don't know if the couple will be ok with that. It probably took me 20 hours. I'm hoping that the pay is what we negotiated in previous conversations. I'm doing the album for my step dad, who is a wedding photographer.

I think the album turned out well. Though, it's not very original. I used a lot of ideas, layouts, and stuff from albums he gave me as examples. I just wasn't feeling well (physically) over the last couple weeks and didn't have the energy or desire to come up with my own designs. I think I will next time. I did actually design a few pages from scratch, using no elements from any other pages. I'm actually getting really good with Photoshop, though no where as good as Dustin. However, Dustin would rather have a root canal than do an album. I mean, I offered him $20,000 to help me. Unfortunately, he knew that I didn't have $20,000 and decided to refuse the offer.

I'm going to turn in my album today. I sure hope my step dad finds it up to par. He better. I've done everything I can to make it look really special. I hope the couple likes it. I actually don't even want to be there when they see it. It's hard to have someone pick apart your work. Luckily for me, my step dad and his other employees do the edit for the albums.
